Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Financial Planning & Analysis Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, China Job Description: Job Description: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Senior Analyst, Depuy Synthes China Finance responsible to provide overall financial governance and support to DS China overall OPEX management across Functions, incl. Commercial Function and All Supporting Functions. Additional, this person is expect to oversee DS China PNL planning and analysis to enable informed business decisions, supporting financial planning processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. The position offers strong exposure to global operations and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading medical technology organization. Key Responsibilities Lead China Depuy Synthes OPEX financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across assigned functions. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods, with business insights. Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Partner with commercial leader and Function stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business performance and decision‑making. Support consolidation and reporting of DS China Opex and PNL results. Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards. Assist with internal and external audit requests and ad hoc financial analyses as needed. Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions and deliverables. KEY COMPETENCIES Competency 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis. Foundational knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
