Job DescriptionOverview The Global Pricing Manager is responsible for advancing Waters Biosciences' global pricing capabilities through process excellence, data enablement, and technology-driven innovation. This role partners closely with Global Pricing, Commercial, Finance, IT, and divisional leaders to design and implement scalable pricing processes, develop robust pricing data and analytics solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the pricing lifecycle. The role serves as the bridge between pricing strategy and execution, ensuring that pricing decisions are supported by strong governance, high-quality data, actionable analytics, and efficient operational processes. Operating with a high degree of independence, this individual leads cross-functional initiatives that improve price realization, margin performance, and commercial effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Pricing Process Excellence Design, standardize, and optimize global pricing processes, governance, and controls. Lead initiatives to improve price setting, discount management, approvals, rebates, and price realization. Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency. Pricing Data & Analytics Own the pricing data ecosystem, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility. Lead and partner with technical teams to develop scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions Enable pricing analytics including price-volume reporting, List Price Roll modeling, promotion design and execution, price waterfall analysis, leakage identification, profitability insights, and segmentation. Support development of dashboards and KPIs used by pricing, finance and commercial leadership. Technology & Transformation Lead pricing-related transformation initiatives across systems, data, and processes. Collaborate with ERP, CRM, CPQ, and analytics platform teams to improve pricing capabilities. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics within pricing workflows. Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and globally aligned. Stakeholder Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to Global Pricing, Commercial, Finance, and IT leaders. Translate business needs into practical process and data solutions. Drive cross-functional alignment and influence decision-making across regions and divisions. Mentor team members and contribute to pricing capability development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, business process improvement, data analytics, data engineering, or related fields required Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI experience preferred. Comfortable using Codex / Claude Code for productivity gains Strong understanding of pricing strategy, pricing operations, and commercial processes required Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives required Knowledge of analytics, data management, reporting, and pricing technologies required Familiarity with ERP, CRM, CPQ, and business intelligence platforms required Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills required Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution required Success Measures Improved price realization and margin performance.
