This hybrid role combines local driving, cylinder pickup, and product delivery with counter sales, strategic account support, and prospecting for new business. The ideal candidate will balance safe and efficient route deliveries with driving sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service both on the road and in-store. Key Responsibilities: As Inside Sales Development Representative Actively advise customers on products, pricing, and availability while providing tailored solutions. Identify and qualify high-potential prospects through proactive outreach, including cold-calling, networking, and lead follow-up. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to generating quotations and responding to tenders. Receive and process customer orders accurately across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) and coordinate timely delivery. Promote industrial products to generate sales while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Oversee store inventory, maintain organized product displays, and communicate replenishment needs. Resolve customer inquiries and perform post-sales follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and client retention. Collaborate closely with inside sales representatives and account managers to maximize market presence and achieve overall sales objectives. As P&D driver Provides prompt and courteous delivery of cylinder gases and/or welding supplies. Picks up empty cylinders as required. Drive to required sites, pick up empties then offload trucks upon return. Ensures that maintenance and general appearance of the truck and all equipment used in the performance of his/her duties are properly maintained. Pick up and deliver freight safely and efficiently. Operates vehicles in a safe manner. Reports all unsafe conditions, and all accidents immediately to his Supervisor or the Safety. ___________________Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications Valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement and a clean driver's abstract. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the delivery industry. 2+ years of experience in a retail or industrial sales environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Suite) and general computer systems. Excellent customer service focus and a positive attitude. Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive/regular basis. Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe working environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of welding processes and products is a strong asset. Experience using SAP is an asset.
