Competitive Remuneration Work / Life Balance: Hybrid Working, flex-time, maternity/paternity leave Personal Development: Personalized development plans, large portfolio of learning solutions & lots of internal mobility opportunities Health & Wellbeing: Health insurance, well-being programs HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Primary Responsibilities: Customer Order management : 40% Handle, log and follow up on customers’ Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders & Warranty claims while closely monitoring that the suppliers conform to agreed upon contractual obligations Ensure internal/external customers are updated on status of Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders & Warranty claims Issue Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders to approved suppliers Handle, log and follow up on suppliers retrofit programs Handle follow-up and improvement of Satair's objectives for Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders & Warranty claims and prepare performance reports on a monthly basis which reflect: Manage customers' repair/lease/exchange orders and warranty claims while closely monitoring that the suppliers conform to contractually agreed obligations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) Shop Processing Time (SPT) / Turn-Around-Time (TAT) Initiate and follow up on actions ensuring improvement plans are met Repair shop/Supplier relations: 40% Initiate follow-up sessions/call with suppliers to ensure contractual SPTs/TATs are met and processes are aligned Initiate and follow up on action tracker to ensure improvement plans are met Ensure changes in supplier performance are communicated to all stakeholders Monitor and report on political and other conditions in the market place of importance to Satair’s competitiveness, including competitors’ behavior and activities Process and stakeholder management: 15% Participate in and plan external and internal visits with suppliers and customers Ensure internal and external processes are reviewed and improved where needed Identify, initiate or offer suggestions to improve efficiency internally and with suppliers Additional Responsibilities: 5% Strategic Support: Provide essential support to the Head of Repair, Warranty & Production in achieving strategic objectives related to all repair activities. Other duties as assigned: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the repair operations. ABOUT YOU Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Supply Chain. Production, Engineering or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive relevant experience. Minimum 2-5 years working experience in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain or similar specifically within a repair or service-oriented context. Language Fluency: Written and spoken fluency in English is required. Negotiation skills Professional and practical insight and experience with purchasing and logistics Working knowledge of English, both written and oral Working knowledge of SAP Good numeracy skills PC literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and database use Good business acumen Up to 10% Domestic and International Travel involved Authorized to work in the US, Able to work in US without current or future need for visa sponsorship Comply with Satair’s mission, values and Company Management System Comply with Satair’s guidelines on Ethics & Compliance Understanding, sharing and living of Satair’s values and rules Respect Satair’s processes and procedures agreed per function Keep the direct report informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas Participate in optimizing Satair’s business procedures by applying existing Satair’s IT systems Comment/advise on unsatisfactory situations within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvements Be well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in Satair’s business Have an inter-cultural understanding Participate in occupational safety and health efforts Contribute towards a positive and inspiring working environment Structured personal drive and service minded Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are required. Preferred Qualifications: B.S. Engineering is preferred Fluency in another language is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and skill in the use of PC software (e.g., Google Suite) as well as internal company operating systems relevant to repair and service management (e.g., SAP) Physical Requirements Onsite or remote: Onsite 100% Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. Daily Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms. Daily Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. Daily Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Daily Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Frequently Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Frequently Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. As needed Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. Daily Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. As needed Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor. Daily Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. Several times a quarter Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. Daily Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site.
