Job description

As the Director of IT – Divestitures & Separations, you will lead the technology strategy, planning, and execution for complex divestitures, carve-outs, spin-offs, and separation programs. You will be responsible for ensuring successful Day 1 readiness, establishing standalone operating models, managing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), and leading technology separation initiatives from transaction diligence through TSA exit and operational stabilization.
