Job Details: Job Description: Job Description Intel DCG China NEX team develops distributed AI infrastructure and software solutions powered by Intel Xeon and GPU products. Our work focuses on large-scale AI systems and applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Robotics, Vision AI, Physical AI, and next-generation intelligent systems. We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our team and help build innovative AI software platforms and infrastructure. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize software for AI applications and infrastructure. • Build scalable and efficient systems for AI training, inference, and model serving. • Develop distributed software components for compute, communication, storage, scheduling, and resource management. • Research and implement innovative technologies to improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems. • Analyze and optimize system bottlenecks across hardware and software stacks. • Collaborate with engineers and researchers across Intel to evaluate emerging technologies and develop next-generation AI solutions. • Contribute to software architecture, prototyping, benchmarking, performance analysis, and product development for AI platforms. • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, distributed systems, and software engineering technologies. Qualifications:Qualifications • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. • Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Rust, or similar programming languages. • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, and software engineering fundamentals. • Basic knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI system concepts. • Experience through coursework, research projects, internships, open-source contributions, or personal projects in software development, AI, or distributed systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. • Good verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about technology innovation and AI system development. Preferred Qualifications Experience or project background in one or more of the following areas: • AI model training and inference optimization, including LLMs, multimodal models, vision AI, robotics, or physical AI. • Distributed AI systems and infrastructure, such as model serving, distributed computing, scheduling, networking, storage, and resource management. • Reinforcement learning, AI agents, robotics, or intelligent decision-making systems. • AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, vLLM, SGLang, or related technologies.
