The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions meet specific organizational needs and contribute to overall project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as an SAP Oil & Gas Downstream SME and provide functional guidance to the support team. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and recurring application issues. - Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive solutions. - Collaborate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. - Own key support decisions and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams. - Mentor junior resources and promote knowledge sharing. - Drive improvements to application stability, support efficiency, and business continuity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP Oil & Gas Downstream: - TSW – Trading & Scheduling Work bench - SPW – Stock Projection Work bench - TD – Bulk Transportation & Distribution - TM – Transport Management with Integration TSW - HPM – Hydrocarbon Product Management - F&A – Formula & Average Price - Oil Exchanges - TDP – Tariffs, Duties and Permits - LCFS & RINs – Low Carbon Fuel Standard and Renewable Identification Numbers Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Strong experience in at least one core SAP module: SAP SD or SAP MM. - Strong SAP production/application support and troubleshooting experience. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. - Ability to independently handle complex issues and work across multiple teams. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
