For the IT Business Relationship Manager, we are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the strategic IT partner for our Core Diagnostics Manufacturing organizations in Ireland. In this high-impact role, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence. As Senior Manager, Business Relationship Management, you will partner closely with Manufacturing leadership to align technology investments with business priorities, shape strategic roadmaps, and deliver measurable value across our U.S. manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to Manufacturing leadership, building strong relationships and influencing strategic decision-making. Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and long-term objectives, translating them into a clear technology vision and investment roadmap. Drive alignment between Manufacturing strategies and the broader organizational and IT strategy. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational performance, accelerate innovation, and create business value through technology. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Champion talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Drive workforce and capacity planning, ensuring the right blend of internal talent and external expertise to support business needs. Create an environment where innovation, engagement, and professional growth thrive. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Build credibility and maintain strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including Directors, Vice Presidents, IT leadership, manufacturing site leadership, and external partners. Lead complex discussions, facilitate decision-making, and align diverse stakeholders around common objectives. Act as the voice of the business within IT and the voice of IT within the business. Portfolio & Delivery Leadership Oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and service expectations. Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure solutions are executed efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes. Challenge assumptions, validate business cases, and ensure investments are aligned with value realization objectives. Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives. Financial & Operational Management Own technology investment planning and budget management, including capital expenditures and ROI accountability. Continuously identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and maximize business value. Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including significant people leadership responsibility which includes 5-6 people management experience Experience managing strategic portfolios and technology investments ranging from $1M to $10M+ is essential. Key Skills & Experience Proven people leader with experience building and developing high-performing teams in complex, matrix environments. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders. Strategic thinker with experience aligning technology initiatives to business priorities and driving transformation. Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences. Experience managing portfolios, budgets, vendors, and technology investments. Strong business and technology acumen, ideally within manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments. Knowledge of software development lifecycle, cybersecurity, privacy, and technology governance principles. Ability to drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful delivery across multiple priorities Why This Role?
