Responsibilities End-to-end test delivery: Lead test planning, execution, defect triage, reporting, and release readiness activities across strategic technology initiatives, ensuring predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes Collaborate with business, technology, vendor, and delivery stakeholders to align testing scope, priorities, risks, timelines, and quality expectations. Lead, mentor, and coordinate Quality Assurance team members across manual and automation testing activities, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive end-to-end test strategies and plans for platforms, with a focus on pharmaceutical applications. Ensure all testing processes adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices. Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies. Implement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, in accordance with the latest industry trends. Research and implement industry best practices and new testing technologies to continuously improve Quality Assurance processes. Utilize Gen AI capabilities to generate test cases from requirements, review and refine AI-generated test cases for accuracy and coverage and integrate Gen AI practices into the overall testing process. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including leadership of complex, large-scale testing initiatives in enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale testing projects, preferably in a complex and multi-platform environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience working with pharmaceutical clients. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with various testing types, including API, Data Migration, Functional, Validation, and Regression Testing. Capability to continuously enhance testing processes and improve testing efficiency, including the orchestration of Gen AI and automation enablement. Ability to promote, guide, and ensure consistent use of Gen AI tools across the Quality Assurance team to improve test design efficiency, test coverage, and overall testing effectiveness. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, JIRA XRAY, and Confluence. Preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to mentor and build a testing team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and API testing. Familiarity with AI Technologies such as Gemini and GH Copilot.
