Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact Engineering Project/Program Manager serves as the primary technical execution lead for PRC's Next Wave Cloud Service Provider (CSP) accounts, driving end-to-end customer engagement, platform enablement, product adoption, engineering coordination, and business execution across Intel Xeon, AI systems, and future datacenter platforms. The role acts as the central point between customers, account teams, engineering organizations, product groups, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful deployment, qualification, ramp, and business growth. Business group You will be part of Intel's Datacenter Group (DCG), which focuses on product development and technology platforms. DCG is central to Intel's mission to create world-changing technology that improves lives and drives innovation. By collaborating across engineering domains, the team delivers robust solutions that align with Intel's broader strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Serve as primary interface between customer engineering teams and Intel technical organizations - Lead Xeon platform deployment and volume ramp programs, track customer qualification schedules, deployment readiness, and production ramp status. - Lead cross-functional technical engagement and manage customer project across planning, execution and deliver milestones on schedule and within budget. - Drive requirements scoping, planning, and prioritization for optimal program execution, including interdependencies and staffing constraints. - Investigate technical roadblocks to troubleshoot issues and achieve results, contributing technical expertise as needed. - Provide program health, risk, and financial updates to executives and stakeholders, ensuring transparency in decision-making processes. Qualifications:Qualifications 8+ years in datacenter, cloud, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering. Experience managing large-scale technical programs with hyperscale CSPs. - Strong leadership skills, with proven experience mentoring and guiding teams to achieve goals. - Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management. - Familiarity with customer-driven product development practices.
