Job title: Customer Service Agent with German (m/f/d) Job Description: Your responsibilities: ​Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Understand and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, providing clear and accurate solutions Guide customers on product features, billing, and technical queries in a confident and helpful manner Update and maintain system records accurately, ensuring all information is current and compliant Drive additional value by suggesting relevant add-ons and upgraded options that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs. Our requirements: Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, enabling confident and professional customer interactions Strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in MS Office, supporting efficient and accurate daily work Willingness to work in two shifts between 8am and 10pm (for volunteers till 24:00), Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week What's in it for you?
