EMEA Tier 1 & Tier 2 CSP Partner Marketing Manager (Hoster & NeoCloud) THE ROLE AMD is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of AMD-powered cloud solutions across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners, cloud sales teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to develop and execute innovative marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and consumption of AMD-powered cloud instances. The ideal candidate combines strong partner marketing expertise with a passion for cloud technologies, data-driven decision making, and collaborative execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence AMD's growth within the rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure and NeoCloud ecosystem while working with some of the industry's leading cloud providers and technology partners. THE PERSON The successful candidate is a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You possess strong partner engagement skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, developing joint go-to-market initiatives, and leveraging data to optimize campaign performance. Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and analytical skills will enable success in this highly visible role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive end-customer adoption and consumption of AMD-powered cloud services through joint marketing investments and MDF-funded programs with Tier 1 and Tier 2 CSP partners, including hosters and NeoCloud providers. Build and execute integrated go-to-market plans with strategic partners and other regional cloud providers. Collaborate closely with AMD Cloud Global Account Managers, Regional Cloud Sales teams, and partner marketing organizations to align business priorities, messaging, marketing objectives, and growth targets. Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives, including: Digital marketing campaigns Webinars and virtual events Customer success stories and case studies Content marketing programs Demand generation activities Industry conferences and partner events Partner with independent software vendors (ISVs) and ecosystem partners to create joint value propositions and market-facing campaigns that drive workload adoption on AMD-powered cloud infrastructure. Lead MDF planning, execution, and measurement with CSP partners, ensuring efficient utilization of investments and alignment to business objectives. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, customer adoption metrics, and return on investment. Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and marketing performance updates to internal and external stakeholders. Identify new opportunities to expand AMD's cloud ecosystem presence and drive market differentiation through partner-led marketing initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partner Organizations to maximize program effectiveness. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience developing and executing partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing programs. Knowledge of cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, data center technologies, or hyperscale service providers. Experience managing marketing development funds (MDF), co-op marketing programs, or joint go-to-market investments. Ability to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Experience measuring marketing performance using pipeline, influence, conversion, and consumption metrics. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience working with sales teams, channel organizations, and executive stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency with marketing analytics, CRM, and campaign management platforms. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field. Advanced education or relevant marketing certifications are beneficial.
