Job Description SummaryThe Product Sales and Applications Leader provides product, technical, and clinical expertise to accelerate growth of GE HealthCare Surgery solutions across SEA6 (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos). The role drives commercial growth by clearly articulating GE HealthCare’s clinical and economic value, developing customer opportunities and solutions, and partnering with sales teams and Channel Partners to achieve regional targets. A deep understanding of the surgical customer ecosystem is essential to drive orders, revenue, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction. Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesSales Growth and StrategyDrive sales, orders, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction for the Surgery portfolio and related solutions across the assigned region. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and clinical differentiation plans with the business manager to secure profitable growth. Create business plans for assigned countries, covering opportunity development and competitive strategies to win in the market. Partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and the business manager to formulate marketing strategies, increase market share, and achieve business targets. Clinical and Applications SupportLead pre- and post-sales activities, including and not limited to customer presentations, clinical image reviews, Surgical C-arm demonstrations, and applications support. Organize product demonstrations and site visits, and ensure timely follow-up. Clearly communicate the clinical, technical, and economic merits of product capabilities. Customer, Sales, and Channel EngagementBuild long-term customer relationships, develop KOLs and advocates, manage show sites, and improve customer satisfaction in partnership with Product Marketing and Clinical teams. Support account sales teams with opportunity strategy, product positioning, and relevant lead sharing. Lead quotation and tender responses, validating documentation with the territory sales manager and channel partner. Develop and maintain key customer engagement, including key decision-makers and relevant account information. Market Intelligence and ForecastingTrack market activity and maintain accurate current and forecast data using available information tools. Share field and competitor insights effectively with sales, marketing, service, and other relevant stakeholders. QualificationsRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 5 years experience as a radiographer, clinical applications specialist, operation room nurse or equivalent healthcare professional experience is preferred. Prior experience of supporting selling mobile imaging equipment or equivalent surgical imaging technology is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel up to 80% across the assigned region. Preferred CharacteristicsSelf-starter with a strong ownership mindset, able to independently identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive execution with minimal supervision. Proactive, resourceful, and resilient in overcoming challenges, navigating complex customer environments, and finding solutions to win business. Highly customer-focused, with the ability to uncover clinical, operational, and economic needs and articulate compelling value propositions to different stakeholders. Influential communicator with the confidence to engage surgeons, clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement teams, and channel partners.
