This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ Your Role & Responsibilities As a member of our Talent & Learning team you will support the implementation of our company’s development portfolio, connecting local needs with global opportunities. You will coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives in Austria, facilitate workshops and work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, employees and external partners. We will offer you a diverse position where you can grow your expertise and build a broad network across ABB. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month Connect local and global development opportunities by supporting the implementation of ABB’s global Talent & Learning portfolio and help identify relevant offerings for our local organization. Support talent and leadership development by coordinating and contributing to local Talent & Leadership programs, training opportunities and workshops together with internal and external facilitators, coaches and training providers. Support managers, employees and HR stakeholders on development topics by understanding their needs, providing information on relevant development opportunities and ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer. Coordinate development activities and projects through communication and implementation. This includes facilitating workshops and presentations, coordinating training logistics, supporting employee engagement activities and collaborating with colleagues across ABB internationally. What it takes to Run what runs the world Completed studies in HR, Personnel Development or comparable field with initial professional experience within learning & development, training coordination, or another facilitating role You are familiar with using digital tools and HR systems such as SAP and MS 365 Office package and with the comfortability to learn new systems and platforms. You are comfortable working in an international environment across ABB and communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are comfortable building connections across HR, the wider organization and external partners. You communicate clearly and enjoy presenting to groups, facilitating workshops and engaging in constructive, coaching-oriented conversations with managers and employees. An organized and reliable way of working, with the ability to coordinate different activities, stakeholders and deadlines. You are curious, collaborative and open to new perspectives, with an interest in connecting global and local initiatives and turning ideas into practical solutions. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 888,53 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026.
