The Position Validation Lead - RDT Artificial Intelligence As a Validation Lead you will design and implement comprehensive IT resilience, risk management, and compliance strategies aligned with business objectives. You will lead complex risk assessments, develop refined audit and continuity programs, and establish best practices for handling critical disruptions and regulatory compliance. Acting as an expert advisor to high-level stakeholders, you will lead responses to critical incidents and ensure the scalability and future-proofing of enterprise-wide risk and continuity solutions. The Opportunity Scope / (Content Leadership): Develops refined risk management, compliance, and continuity strategies and recovery plans. Improves existing policies to enhance effectiveness and compliance frameworks. Conducts advanced training on risk, audit, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) best practices, and reviews and updates documentation for accuracy. Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads responses to critical IT risk, audit, and continuity events. Establishes best practices for handling disruptions and compliance issues. Conducts post-incident/post-mortem reviews to identify areas for improvement and trains team members on advanced problem-solving techniques. Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with high-level stakeholders and facilitates meetings to discuss compliance, audit matters, and continuity. Acts on feedback to improve strategies and ensures alignment of risk and continuity policies with stakeholder needs. Impact/Strategy: Develops detailed risk, audit, compliance, and continuity strategies aligned with business objectives, adapting policies to meet evolving business needs. Collaborates with leadership to align goals and provides strategic insights based on industry best practices. Complexity/ (Product Size): Oversees strategies for enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and continuity initiatives. Ensures the scalability of solutions, integrates policies with existing systems, and evaluates and selects tools for enterprise management. Business/Technical ability: Serves as an expert in risk management, audit, compliance, and continuity technologies and their business applications. Applies strategies to support business functions, provides insights on best practices to business leaders, and ensures the scalability and future-proofing of relevant technologies. Who You Are Education and Experience Extensive experience in designing and implementing IT resilience strategies, leading complex risk assessments, and developing audit programs. Proven track record of managing relationships with high-level stakeholders and collaborating with leadership to align risk and continuity goals. Technical Skills Expertise in risk management, audit, compliance, and business continuity technologies and their applications in a business context. Strong capability in evaluating and selecting enterprise tools and ensuring the scalability and future-proofing of resilience solutions. Additional Qualifications Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to lead responses to critical continuity events and train teams on advanced techniques. What You'll Get Competitive salary range 19,075 - 35,425 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance (target 20%). Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
