Within Neuroscience, the Pelvic Health Operating Unit develops minimally invasive neuromodulation solutions that help patients manage bladder and bowel control conditions and achieve greater independence and confidence. Located at Medtronic's headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, this role is onsite four days per week. Travel is not required for this role. Medtronic is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a team within our Surgical Innovations and Acute Care Monitoring business in Singapore. In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build strong partnerships with healthcare customers, and help bring innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals and patients. Primary Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals. Drive sales growth and market share across assigned accounts and territories. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of experience in sales, clinical, account management, or commercial roles within medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or related industries. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. A track record of driving business results and identifying growth opportunities. Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others is an advantage. Exposure to surgical, operating room, or healthcare environment is preferred.
