The Knowledge & AI Transformation Specialist is responsible for supporting the preservation, structure, and effective sharing of technical and service knowledge across Technical Product Support & Service (TPS&S) while enabling AI-supported transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role helps capture expert knowledge, maintain compliant knowledge resources, and support digital solutions that improve service efficiency, customer support quality, regulatory compliance, and business performance. This position reports to the Director, Service Transformation and is part of Global Services located in Radiometer Headquarters, Denmark and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support the preservation and transfer of critical technical and service knowledge, ensuring continuity of expertise across Technical Product Support & Service teams. Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled digital solutions that improve service efficiency, knowledge accessibility, and operational effectiveness. Help in developing and maintaining high-quality knowledge assets, including SOPs, work instructions, training materials that support global service operations. Partner with Quality, IT, Data, and Cyber Security teams to implement compliant and scalable digital solutions that enhance customer and service outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives by leveraging service insights, supporting audits, and strengthening quality-focused ways of working. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. More than 5 years’ experience in medical devices, IVD technical service, customer support, quality, knowledge management and digital transformation environments. Strong understanding of AI technologies, digital solutions, and knowledge management principles. Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, training materials and modernizing legacy systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement capabilities with proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, CRM and AI systems. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Ability to travel up to 10%, including international travel as required & maintain approximately 25% physical presence at Radiometer Medical HQ It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Knowledge management, technical documentation, or service knowledge transfer in a regulated environment. AI-enabled transformation, digital adoption, or automation projects in service, quality, technical support functions in Medical diagnostics, IVD systems, life sciences, or other regulated healthcare sectors. Cross-functional collaboration with RA/QA, Portfolio Management, Hardware, Software, IT, Data, or Cyber Security teams.
