Job description

Account Manager owns the customer relationship and accounts representing the entire Cytiva portfolio. Develop and manage dealers to serve customer and achieve target. Work cross-functionally across Cytiva Operating Companies to develop solutions and offerings to enable your assigned customer’s success across their workflows. Builds a strategic plan in their assigned accounts to partner with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to develop and implement annual account plans in Academic, (translational) Applied Markets and R&D labs across the Life Sciences industry to grow Cytiva business Achieve the quarterly and yearly operating plan within a defined territory while driving customer satisfaction and customer retention. Be accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales using our SFDC. Proactively build a strong technical understanding of our products and our customer’s applications in particular the priority workflows and portfolios. Take the lead on contract and pricing negotiation in addition to complex and strategic deal development at assigned accounts. Assist in proposal preparation and presentation to customers. Possess a “hunting” mindset to lead generate and develop new account. Pro-actively search for new opportunities & follow up the ones being generated by our marketing team. Lead them to success directly or supporting other Cytiva teams.
