Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Maintain and manage Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Proactively monitor, analyse, and resolve data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to support operational master data needs, perform data analysis, and drive continuous improvements. Actively contribute to global Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, including governance, standards definition, and data quality monitoring. Independently lead Material Master Data migration activities for S/4HANA rollout programs across new regions and newly acquired entities, acting as a Data Migration Specialist. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all assigned data migration tasks, including data preparation, validation, and reconciliation. Drive adoption of Enterprise Business (EB) Material Governance by effectively training and enabling stakeholders, key users, and end users across operations and project teams. Provide functional expertise and guidance on Material Master processes, including BOM-related topics, supporting both project delivery and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Business administration or Engineering with IT focus or similar 5 to 8 years in master data governance and knowledge of ETL processes and tools Good SAP process knowledge and SAP analysis skills Willingness to travel (worldwide) with up to 10% p.a. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt style to be successful with all stakeholders, incl. senior leaders.
