DESCRIPTION: Join our team as an Import/Export Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you will contribute to managing international logistics operations for pharmaceutical products and laboratory equipment. You will coordinate all aspects of importing and exporting goods while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards. In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you will optimize logistics processes, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement in our global supply chain operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree required, prior experience required • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements • Knowledge in logistics systems and trade compliance • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Good communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Fluency in English required; • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software platforms • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports • Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international shipping requirements
