Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The Digital Enablement Team supports Global Business Services (GBS) by delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen data transparency, and enable continuous process improvement. As part of the Digital Transformation Office, the Digital Process Analyst plays a key role in driving these initiatives by serving as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. DESCRIPTIONWorking closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and GBS Operations, the Process Analyst ensures that business processes are accurately understood, documented, and translated into clear requirements for technical delivery teams. The role plays a critical part in enabling successful implementation of digital solutions by providing comprehensive process knowledge and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. The position collaborates with delivery- and operational teams across the globe. What you will do: Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), GBS Operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processes Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams throughout process discovery and improvement opportunity identification Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process documentation Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify process flows, identify gaps, and align stakeholders Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements for implementation teams Validate proposed solutions against business requirements Foster effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Perform testing to ensure solution is delivered meets requirements defined REQUIREMENTSHow you will get here: 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics enablement, or process improvement within a multinational organization Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field Strong capabilities in requirements documentation, process analysis, and solution scoping Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders and Leadership Ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in business consulting is an advantage Working Conditions: This position is based in Budapest; occasional international travel may be required Regular collaboration across global time zones is expected Thermo Fisher Scientific is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
