Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Mobile C-Arm Clinical Education Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical expert supporting customer evaluations, product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical consultations related to Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arm solutions. You will work directly with physicians, surgeons, technologists, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate the clinical value, workflow benefits, and capabilities of our imaging technologies. This position plays an important role in helping customers evaluate imaging solutions while serving as a trusted clinical resource throughout the customer engagement process. Success in this role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build credibility and rapport in demanding clinical environments. Location & Travel Requirements This is a remote-based position requiring extensive travel. The successful candidate will be expected to travel approximately 90% of the time, primarily throughout the Western and Midwest regions of the United States. Travel is typically Monday through Thursday, with return travel occurring Thursday evening or Friday. Occasional weekend travel may be required based on business needs and customer events. For optimal coverage and travel efficiency, candidates ideally reside in Colorado or elsewhere in the Western United States. Qualified candidates in other locations may be considered based on business needs. You are responsible for: Customer Demonstrations & Clinical Support Leading product demonstrations and customer evaluations for prospective healthcare organizations. Presenting clinical workflows, imaging applications, and value propositions to physicians, technologists, administrators, and healthcare leaders. Supporting customer workshops, site visits, educational events, and industry conferences. Acting as the clinical subject matter expert during customer evaluations, demonstrations, and educational engagements. Partnering closely with Surgery Sales Managers and Account Executives to support customer-facing activities and business objectives. Providing competitive positioning and product differentiation during customer evaluations. Gathering customer feedback and communicating market insights to Product Management and R&D teams. Customer Relationship Building Establishing credibility and trust with physicians, surgeons, technologists, and healthcare leaders. Adapting communication style to effectively engage diverse customer audiences. Navigating complex clinical environments with professionalism, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Serving as a trusted clinical resource for customers evaluating mobile C-arm imaging solutions. Building positive customer experiences that strengthen long-term relationships and support business growth. This Role May Be Well Suited for Candidates Who: Have 3–5 years of clinical mobile C-arm experience and a strong understanding of surgical procedures. Are ARRT certified. Possess advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm applications, including: Orthopedics / Trauma Pain Management Basic Vascular Procedures Have experience conducting product demonstrations, customer evaluations, workshops, or clinical presentations. Are comfortable working with physicians and surgical teams in operating room environments. Demonstrate strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Are flexible and willing to travel extensively, including occasional short-notice travel. Have solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Minimum Qualifications: Holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related clinical field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of clinical mobile C-arm surgery experience ARRT certification required Advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm surgical procedures, primarily ortho/trauma, pain management, and basic vascular Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to clinical and non-clinical audiences. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 90%, primarily throughout the Western and Midwest United States. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air and automobile as required. The base pay range for this position is: $89,220 - $122,672 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
