The Opportunity As a Solutions & Excellence Associate (SEA) at Roche, you will contribute to: Growing efficiency for customer engagements by understanding the Roche Policies & Procedures, partnering with Legal & Compliance and addressing gaps or roadblocks for process improvement. Building and being an excellent partner to identify and develop solutions that bring value to the business, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to empower your colleagues, negotiate with peers and partners, and influence across collaborators. Being an active participant in crafting the SEA Network’s capabilities through sharing best practices, actively seeking feedback, and finding opportunities for self-directed learning. Adopting and easily adapting to a constantly evolving work environment and prioritization, by demonstrating agility and ability to perform in a highly fast-paced, matrix environment where cross-team collaboration is crucial. Who You Are You are talented and passionate. You easily harness your technical skills and would fit in well with our collaborative, meticulous, and entrepreneurial spirit. You: Hold a Bachelor's degree in management or a related field. Have 2+ years of experience with a proven track record in negotiating and leading contracts, as well as coordinating vendor management. Have a growth mindset and are excited about learning through experience. Possess proven understanding of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets & Slides). Able to adapt to changing work and responsibility demands with stellar organization and prioritization skills. PreferredHave experience in contracting, analysis, design, and implementation of business processes in a compliant and auditable environment. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 83,008.00 and 108,948.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
