As Team Lead GL & Reporting LaCan, you will lead General Ledger and Financial Reporting activities across the Latin America and Canada region, with a primary focus on Latin American countries. You will work closely with regional CFOs, FRA Heads, Business Planning & Analysis teams, Internal Audit, Global Process Owners, and Corporate Reporting & Accounting stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial reporting, strong compliance, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines accounting expertise, people leadership, stakeholder management, process governance, and continuous improvement to ensure accurate financial reporting and a strong control environment across the region. Job Description Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities across LaCan entities. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with IFRS and local requirements. Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations. Deliver accurate financial reporting packages and variance analyses. Support audits, NFCM compliance activities, and financial control reviews. Lead talent development, succession planning, and resource allocation across the team. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CPA or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and internal controls. 7+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, audit, or finance operations. Experience leading accounting and reporting teams. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English and SAP/ERP experience.
