Role Description: We are looking to fill a current vacancy for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our organization in Toronto, Ontario. In Supply Network Operations at P&G, we are uniquely positioned to see the Supply Chain from end-to-end, starting with our materials through the touch point of our brands with shoppers in the market. We are the voice of the customer for supply and the integrator across the Company's disciplines. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the flow of products across our supply chain, from order creation through customer delivery. You will work closely with Customer Supply Chain teams, Sales, Product Supply, Transportation, Warehousing, and external partners to drive service, cost, availability, and operational excellence. You will leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and improve customer and business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful business initiatives, develop strong analytical and leadership skills, and make an immediate impact on some of Canada's largest retail customers and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Drive customer service, supply chain, and logistics performance across key business and customer metrics. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable product availability and on-time customer delivery. Analyze business performance using data and digital tools to identify opportunities and implement improvements. Support forecasting, order management, transportation, and supply chain planning processes. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of supply chain issues including service failures, master data defects, transportation disruptions, and execution gaps. Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support business decisions. Collaborate across Sales, Product Supply, Customer Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, and external partners to drive end-to-end solutions. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Lead projects and business initiatives that support P&G's growth strategies and supply chain transformation. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions. Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Interest in supply chain, customer operations, logistics, transportation, analytics, or business operations. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
