HR Generalist (f/m/d)

Job description

Responsibilities: Executes all administrative tasks related to HR activities within the life cycle of the employee (hiring, transfer, promotion, termination). Acts as point of contact for standard HR-related issues and communication to employees and managers on a day-to-day basis (HR policies, procedures, employee benefits, employment-related matters, employer branding). Autonomous preparation of HR-related documents and reporting (employment contracts, personnel announcements etc.) as well as reviewing HR-related standard templates. Providing HR input for payroll and maintaining employee data and ensuring high level of data quality in internal HR databases (e.g., workday, local payroll system etc.) including generating reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Manage time, attendance and leave to ensure all required timesheets and leave applications including supporting documents are authorized and submitted timely whilst streamlining the process to maximize effectiveness for all users. Qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor or similar education. (e.g., business administration, HR, commercial) At least 3 years of professional experience and education. Advanced knowledge of local labor law, bargaining council etc. Experience regarding the administration of HR-processes. (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, termination etc.) Basic understanding of payroll.
