ADI (Analog Devices)’s Global Operation and Technology Group has an opening for a semiconductor process integration and device engineering. The candidate will join the team to support electrical data analysis, product yield improvement, excursion prevention/resolution and technology qualification. The engineer will also be involved in the process development for ADI’s next-generation mixed-signal and BCD technologies. Successful candidates for this position will have: M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, physics or equivalent field with minimum 3-7 years semiconductor industry experience Understanding of device performance / process integration interactions Understanding of integrated circuit functionality and device characterization Strong analytical mind with problem solving skills Highly skilled at multitasking, having attention to detail, and teamwork abilities Working place: Hsinchu, Tainan For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
