This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly. The position serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, overseeing the progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle. The role demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong expertise in software design principles and application architecture. - Experience with various programming languages and development frameworks relevant to automation. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable automated solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and deployment automation. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing automated application workflows.
