This position reports to: Service Pricing Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities You will support the deployment and execution of global pricing initiatives by maintaining pricing tools and price lists, ensuring accurate pricing data, and providing analytical and operational support to global, regional, and local stakeholders. The role contributes to driving pricing excellence through data quality, governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement. The preferred location for this role is Dalmine, Italy, due to its proximity to the ELSE Primary Service Center and the opportunity for close collaboration with key pricing, business, and operational stakeholders. Work Model: #LI-Hybrid. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Manage and maintain pricing tools, templates, user access rights, and the pricing repository, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date pricing data across systems. Maintain price lists, support price adjustment processes, and ensure timely implementation of pricing updates, including Regional Distribution Center (RDC) buying prices. Support pricing governance, approval processes, policy compliance, and the deployment of pricing guidance frameworks such as price corridors, discounts, and authority matrices. Provide operational and analytical support for global pricing initiatives and projects in collaboration with global, regional, and local teams. Act as a key contact for pricing tool users, coordinating issue resolution and continuous enhancements with IT and system owners. Develop, maintain, and improve pricing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data integration processes to support business decision-making. Support pricing-related audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements while driving continuous process improvement and automation. Support the onboarding of local service units into the NPV measurement system in close cooperation with the NPV team. Qualifications for the Role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in pricing, analytics, finance, commercial operations, or a related business function. Experience working with pricing processes, pricing systems, and large datasets in a global business environment. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or comparable enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Solid financial acumen, including understanding of cost structures, profitability, margins, and pricing drivers. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken. Italian language skills are considered a strong asset.
