This Position reports to: Team Lead - Faridabad Cluster Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth. The work model for the role is: The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business based at Faridabad, India: You will be mainly accountable for:Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) 10–15 years of experience in service sales (Drives/Motors/Industrial services) Minimum 3–5 years in team leadership role Industrial segments (Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Ports) Lifecycle service sales and modernization More about us ABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes.
