As the Security & Privacy Project Manager for the Product Security and PrivacyOrganization (PSPO) function, you will be a member of the PSPO Strategic Operations Team. The role is crucial in establishing a highly efficient working environment for PSPO in terms of managing projects related to product security and privacy, implementing and maintaining security services, audit remediation, undertaking workshop facilitation, ensuring execution and alignment with business priorities and needs. You will be a creative problem solver, critical thinker and create collaborative relationships across the organization. Responsabilities: Drive and maintain a comprehensive product security and privacy project roadmap (encompassing short and long-term initiatives), aligning cross-functional goals with business strategy to consistently deliver high-value outcomes. Coordinate work across diverse teams and external partners from project initiation through closure by developing project plans, supporting implementation for on-time and within-budget delivery, and providing regular progress reports. Cultivate trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, executive stakeholders, and external vendors to align priorities, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers to achieve project objectives. Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in security and privacy project management, tackling complex or unprecedented challenges and architecting innovative strategies to mitigate risk. Foster a collaborative team culture in a dynamic environment by coaching team members on delivery best practices and continuously identifying opportunities to improve project workflows and program maturity. Support the delivery of security and data privacy training while driving internal communication and awareness initiatives that share success stories, program metrics, and relevant industry trends. Stay informed on AI, emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory changes to proactively evaluate their impact on active projects and keep the organization ahead of evolving risks. Who you are: Minimum of 5 years experience in project management with project portfolio management techniques (experience in consulting is a plus) Minimum 3 years experience preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or equivalent regulated environment Advanced scientific degree preferred Fluency in English Advanced computer and internet skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills, being able to see the bigger picture analyze metrics and provide insights and recommendations Ability to work effectively in a changing, agile, multinational and multiple location environment with flexibility and adaptability to teamwork Excellent people skills with written and verbal communication skills (including presentation and moderating skills) and proficiency in translating complex business concepts into presentation materials Proactive, self-driven, motivated, effective thinking with ability to decide on his/her own Nice to have: Experience in security and privacy roles Accreditations like PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Certifications like SAFe SA, SP, SSM or POPM are a plus Location You can be based in Sant Cugat As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
