Job Title VP Embedded Finance & Digital Assets, EMEA Vice President, Embedded Finance & Digital Assets, EMEA The Vice President, Embedded Finance & Digital Assets, EMEA is responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and commercialisation of Fiserv’s Embedded Finance and Digital Assets solutions across the EMEA region. This executive leader will own regional go-to-market strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth while serving as the primary regional leader for Embedded Finance and Digital Assets initiatives. The role will work closely with Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery teams to expand market presence, develop regional growth strategies, and bring innovative financial solutions to market. This role will serve as the voice of the EMEA market, ensuring Fiserv’s offerings align with client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements across the region. What you’ll do Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for Embedded Finance and Digital Assets, aligned with Fiserv’s global expansion goals Drive business development activities, including prospecting, client acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation across the region Build and maintain executive relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, platforms, marketplaces, and strategic partners Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of Embedded Finance and Digital Assets solutions Partner closely with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery teams to support successful commercialisation and client implementations Serve as the regional subject matter expert on market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations Lead strategic partnership development and ecosystem expansion to increase market reach and unlock new growth opportunities Represent Fiserv externally through industry events, client meetings, and thought leadership activities Provide market insights and client feedback to influence product roadmap priorities and investment decisions Deliver against regional revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion targets What you’ll need to have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, banking, embedded finance, digital assets, or related industries Proven track record of driving business development, revenue growth, and client acquisition in international markets Experience developing and managing executive-level client and partner relationships Strong understanding of payments, banking, fintech, or financial technology ecosystems Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organisations Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex business opportunities and strategic partnerships Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Ability to travel across the region and internationally as needed What would be great to have MBA or advanced degree Experience with embedded finance, banking-as-a-service, card issuing, digital wallets, stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial solutions Established network within the regional fintech, banking, and payments ecosystem Experience launching or expanding products into new markets Familiarity with regional regulatory and compliance requirements affecting financial services and digital assets Experience working within a global matrix organisation Multilingual capabilities relevant to EMEA Experience working with strategic partners, platform providers, and large enterprise clients to drive commercial growth Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
