What you will do: Project management support - initiate program meetings, update trackers, monitor milestones Responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to assigned biobank tasks and responsibilities Responsible for representation on study startup meetings to discuss protocol, ICF, and assent language requirements Participate in study planning discussions with applicable stakeholders Support process improvement projects Support revision of controlled documents Responsible for supporting sample, data and consent transfers from various vendors Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree & 5 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 7 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience using electronic document management systems and principles Outstanding attention to detail, including the ability to verify data/information, proofread, and reformat documents Strong team player working across multiple sites and R&D functions Proficient in Microsoft office and online collaboration tools Sharp learning agility, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Reliable contributor with the ability to work independently Core Competencies: Understanding and application of principles, concepts, theories and standards of professional field Specialized knowledge within the informed consent field, biobank operations, and basic knowledge about laboratory information management systems Drafting and interpreting clinical protocol and ICF language Knowledge of related regulatory/industry considerations and compliance issues What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
