The Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing a range of products at our Cardiff Site. This position reports to the Production Team Leader and is part of the Operations Team located in Cardiff and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Set up and operate production machines according to specifications and cleanroom / laboratory protocols Highlight any safety or quality issues and participate in resolution of these issues as required. Participate in using Danaher Business System tools to meet daily core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost. Who you are: Previous experience of working in a cleanroom or laboratory environment. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Someone with excellent attention to detail.
