The Data and Reporting Engineer (PSI) is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization by developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that provide actionable insights into demand, supply, inventory, and forecast performance. The role drives operational excellence by ensuring data accuracy, identifying business risks and opportunities. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager Logistics EMEA/NA and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) organization located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI) that clearly visualize PSI metrics, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders. Prepare, maintain, automize and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and data packages essential for each step of the monthly, global PSI process Measure forecast accuracy, identify significant deviations, and analyze underlying causes Initiate, support, and implement projects for digitalization of processes within the supply chain Work closely with Demand Planners, Supply Chain Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to achieve consensus on the best data and reports The essential requirements of the job include Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or supply chain planning environments Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, including experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions Advanced proficiency with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) such as Microsoft Power Automation or similar workflow automation technologies Fluent in English (spoken and written) Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, as required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), PSI, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics processes. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business intelligence, forecasting, and commercial analytics Join our winning team today.
