Responsibilities: • Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing • Drives the technological development of production processes and technoplogies across a region. • Ensures the development and optimization of production infrastructure and workflows at site or regional level. • Gives direction to the regional production community and support general optimization, ensures processes and procedures are followed and trained • Defines and optimizes production processes, integrating digital solutions and IT tools in cooperation with IT. • Manages or contributes to projects, monitors progress reporting, and troubleshooting for production projects on a regional level • Collaborates closely with and communicates with stakeholders Qualifications: Typically academic degree and relevant work experience Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
