Job Description SummaryAs a Field Services Engineer Trainee, you will support the maintenance, repair, installation, and upgrade of advanced medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will develop technical troubleshooting skills while learning to deliver high-quality service and customer support. The role includes planning customer visits, documenting service activities, managing spare parts, and ensuring equipment reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is willing to travel within the region when needed. Job DescriptionYou will begin your career within healthcare technology, supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical equipment used by hospitals and healthcare providers. Working alongside experienced Field Engineers, you will develop the technical skills and practical experience required to independently service complex diagnostic and imaging systems. You will receive structured training, hands-on mentoring, and ongoing support to help build your technical expertise, customer service skills, and understanding of healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Performing preventive maintenance on medical equipment in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines, Supporting corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and repairing of technical issues at customer sites, Assisting with the implementation of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and product updates, Participating in installation, upgrade, and system enhancement projects as required, Appling structured troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve technical problems, Planning and executing customer visits while ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction, Documenting all service activities accurately using company systems and tools, Managing and tracking spare parts, tools, and service inventory, Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with colleagues, technical support teams, and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence. What We Are Looking For Technical education or apprenticeship within electronics, automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in technology, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving. Eagerness to learn and develop within a field service environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Structured and organized approach to planning and documentation. Valid driver's license.
