Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We’re hiring an entry-level Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure product and process documentation remains accurate, support routine quality activities, and manage complaint handling for AMO Groningen. This full‑time, onsite role (40 hours/week) is an indefinite‑term position and is overtime eligible. You will support the QA team by owning document flows, checking batch records, and helping resolve quality events under supervision. We have already identified a potential internal candidate for this position; however, external candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered as part of the selection process. Responsibilities: Manage the document management system: edit, distribute, maintain and archive procedures, work instructions, drawings, specifications and reports to keep documentation current and accessible. Update and maintain DMRs and DHRs annually and as needed to ensure traceable product history. Check batch file information to confirm products meet process and product specifications and support formal product release. Lead routine complaint handling: receive, investigate, document and report complaints, keeping stakeholders informed. Maintain complaint and reference databases, analyze complaint trends, and report potential structural deviations for corrective action. Act as first point of contact for Quality Events and support disposition of quarantined material in collaboration with relevant teams. Qualifications / Requirements No prior experience required; we welcome candidates ready to learn on the job and grow in QA. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing archives, folders, and document integrity. Basic capability to review batch records and follow product release criteria under supervision. Ability to manage end‑to‑end complaint processes, keep accurate records, and produce clear overviews. Comfortable working full‑time onsite in Groningen and available for overtime when needed. Clear communicator who follows procedures, escalates risks appropriately, and collaborates with stakeholders.
