About the job You lead the daily operations and execution of IT/OT infrastructure services, ensuring a secure, stable, and cost-effective environment that supports both business and manufacturing operations. Your focus is on operational leadership, technology governance, service delivery, and coordination. You report to the Manager, Security & Infrastructure. Job responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities and priorities across the IT/OT Infrastructure team. Drive operational excellence, service delivery, and resolution of infrastructure-related issues. Own the IT/OT infrastructure portfolio, technology roadmap, and lifecycle planning activities. Manage suppliers, service providers, technology partners, contracts, and licensing agreements. Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards, security requirements, and governance obligations. Identify and drive opportunities for automation, standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement. Location This position is based in Sandviken. Your profile You bring a broad understanding of IT and OT infrastructure technologies, combined with the ability to build strong relationships across business functions, technology teams, and external partners. Comfortable navigating a complex environment, you balance operational priorities with commercial considerations and long-term objectives. Your background includes Extensive experience in Infrastructure management & technologies. Strong understanding of infrastructure standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations. Proven track record in managing contracts, licensing, support agreements, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale infrastructure transformations and modernization initiatives across a global context. Experience in turning infrastructure challenges into opportunities through strategic optimization and cost-efficient innovation. You're collaborative and communicative with stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build trust, align business and technology needs, and establish productive vendor partnerships. With a proactive mindset, you continuously look for ways to improve, standardize, and simplify operations while effectively managing priorities and delivering results.
