This position reports to: Project Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the ELDS in Egypt. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role 5 to 10 years of experience in project complexity more than 200 points, managing projects with value 10:15 MUSD per year. ABB certified PM certified, or PMP certified. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical Engineering is preferable. PMP certification or ABB project management certification is an advantage. - Language: Must be Fluent in English, French will be an advantage Experience developed in Utilities, PowerStation’s and Energy market standards and specifications in Arabian Gulf Countries especially Saudi Arabia Market will be an advantage. Extensive Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage Knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Projects is a must.
