Job Description The Agency Support Senior Consultant II is responsible for providing essential back-end support to multiple internal Allstate Health Solutions sales teams, offering efficient advice and solutions on standard questions and assisting in business process execution. The Agency Support Sr Consultant II will manage sales-marketing projects, email marketing campaigns, and meeting and event planning, and similar projects aimed at connecting our internal sales teams and their agencies with the right internal resources to recruit, train, and motivate health insurance agencies on what resources are available and how to perform standard tasks to optimize their book of business. This opportunity sits within the National General (Allstate Health Solutions) sales distribution organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the point person for internal sales team sales-marketing questions and escalations and determine when to transfer to different Allstate resource or to the Field Sales Leader Through sales-marketing campaigns, educate agencies on what resources they have access to and how to leverage them to become more self-sufficient and effective advisors and proactively identifies additional resources that may be needed Stay up-to-date on changes that impact agencies and develop resolution paths to support agencies during transition/training Leverage knowledge learned on the job and communicate findings and common areas for improvement to Field Leadership Maintain strong working relationships with Field Sales Leaders, assisting them in growing and improving agency owners and staff Coordinate and plan marketing activities for carrier-focused messages, updates, meetings, conferences, webinars across 8 distinct territories Collaborate with carrier Project Management team for upcoming changes in product, footprint, bonus, technology, field compensation and other Collaborate with Hubspot owner to ensure agency database maintained and suggest improvements and enhancements to ensure max sales team efficacy Perform territory reviews with sales teams and memorialize feedback and distill that down to identify present gaps or disenchantment in Sales staffing ranks Establish a national marketing plan schema to insert key carrier messages into the agency/agent base built around current business opportunities and needs Analyze highest value messages, push them into market via A-B testing Develop marketing calendar that keeps messaging levels and deliverability optimized across the agency and agent base of Allstate Health (85,000 agents) Engage with Agency, Carrier and Contact Center leadership for coordinating staff and agency events around the country – roughly 8-10/year, 2 international, 30-200 participants Plan, budget, go through location and hotel selection process and full orchestration for above events Be on-site at events for smooth-running and to ensure all logistics managed for conference/training participants Skills Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
