Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Sales Representative for Collision Repair Solutions within Automotive Aftermarket Division in Cataluña and East Spain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Being responsible for managing and following up the channel partners in the territory. This includes customer incentive plan execution, promotional plans, commercialization tools deployment, trainings and joint activities coordination. Being responsible for managing and following up with the most important end user accounts and MSOs in the territory. This includes negotiation, standard operating procedures implementation, consultation and KPIs follow up and audits; also, coordination with the end user team and channel partners involved. Working closely with the sales manager across the territory and implementing the action plan to achieve defined objectives, including sales, penetration, body shop targeting, and new product launches. Working closely with Application Engineers on testing, process development, and related technical activities. Keeping the CRM tool up to date, including customer file updates, activity tracking, and opportunity pipeline management. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Proven experience in car collision repair industry. Proficiency in IT tools (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, presentations via Teams) and CRM systems (Salesforce) Analytical skills, rigor, initiative, and ability to propose solutions Leadership, influencing skills, and negotiation ability Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proficiency in English Job specifics: Sales remote position, preferably based in Barcelona.
