We are looking to hire an Amazon Retail Media Planner and Trader for our Beauty Care team located in Cincinnati, OH. In this role you will be supporting the US business within our North America division and will be responsible for the implementation of our digital paid media strategies within Amazon eRetail Search and DSP platform. As the Amazon Retail Media Planner and Trader, you will be a collaborative and courageous leader whose primary focus will be helping to execute paid retail media campaigns for the business, inclusive of keyword and audience strategy and ongoing campaign optimizations that deliver on the intended goals & objectives for the investment. Key Responsibilities: Manage North America Beauty Care eRetail Retail Media campaigns for Amazon Develop and execute eRetail search and DSP strategies aligned to brand, category, and customer objectives Own keyword and product targeting strategies across priority platforms Translate business priorities (innovation launches, seasonal pushes, hero SKUs) into effective search strategy Manage day-to-day activation of search and display campaigns, including budget pacing, bid management, and targeting refinements Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rate, share of shelf, and incremental sales Test and scale new search capabilities, formats, and beta opportunities offered by retail media partners Monitor and analyze performance using platform reporting, dashboards, and internal tools Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across keywords, products, and retailers Deliver clear performance readouts and actionable insights to internal stakeholders Partner with Sales, Brand, Category, and Analytics teams to align media activity with broader eCommerce and omnichannel strategies Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets are optimized for search and display performance Manage search and display budgets with discipline, ensuring efficient investment and accurate forecasting Support annual planning, quarterly phasing, and in-year reallocation decisions Contribute to test-and-learn agendas to drive continuous improvement and innovation Collaborate and network effectively across internal boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Media Operations or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a “hands on keys” paid retail media buyer executing full funnel paid retail media campaigns in Amazon or other top Retail Media Networks. Demonstrated ability to contribute to and execute strategies within a team or organization. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum). Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action. Strong communication skills are required as this is a client facing role. Ability to work 4 days per week out of our Cincinnati, OH office.
