As a Disease Area Strategy Lead (DASL) and part of the Leadership Team in Roche Pharma Chile, you will be the strategic architect responsible for co-creating and embedding the long-term vision for your Therapeutic Areas. You will translate this vision into clear, prioritized, and impactful outcomes for both the Therapeutic Area Squad (TAS) and the affiliate. Working in close orchestration with the country's leadership team, you will align global goals with the needs of the local healthcare system, leading the team of Marketing Value Leads to ensure access, value, and sustainable growth of our comprehensive solutions for patients.About the opportunity:Orchestrate the affiliate’s medium and long-term strategic development, connecting market needs and pipeline innovations with global strategic objectives. Lead and empower the Marketing Value Leads team to continuously maximize the value of our Pharma products, services, and new pipeline launches. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to define key strategic priorities, optimal investment models, and portfolio management strategies. Ensure efficient management of the Therapeutic Area budget, OPEX, and P&L, evaluating the financial and access impact of local initiatives. Maximize holistic initiatives under the ONE ROCHE approach, supporting the entire patient journey from awareness and diagnosis to effective treatment. Champion and model a culture of leadership, agile mindset (VACC), and high ethical/compliance standards across all processes and interactions. Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Post-graduate degree/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Commercial Strategy is desirable. Advanced fluency in English is essential for daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders. 2+ years of proven experience in strategic leadership roles and commercial decision-making. 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working under agile methodologies and collaborative squad operational models is desirable. Strong business acumen, analytical skills for P&L management, exceptional influencing capabilities, and an authentic commitment to Roche's corporate values.
