Job Description: Nossas vagas são para todas as pessoas que queiram fazer parte do nosso time de talentos e que atendam os requisitos abaixo: Principais atividades: Apoiar as operações logísticas e administrativas diárias dentro do Hangar de Apoio ao Cliente (BAvEx). Auxiliar nas etapas de separação, conferência e entrega de materiais. Apoiar a administração e o controle do estoque especial destinado aos clientes. Executar as baixas de estoque e registrar as movimentações no sistema de controle interno. Alimentar planilhas logísticas, mantendo a organização e o apontamento correto das informações. Atuar no atendimento direto e na resposta às solicitações dos clientes do hangar. Prestar suporte geral à equipe em outras atividades demandadas pelo setor. Requisitos obrigatórios: Cursando ensino superior em Administração; Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Taubaté - Bavex (Batalhão de Aviação do Exército) por no mínimo 2 anos; Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro. Assist with the picking, verification, and delivery of materials. Support the administration and control of specialized inventory designated for customers. Process inventory deductions and record movements in the internal control system. Update logistics spreadsheets, maintaining organization and accurate data entry. Handle direct interactions and respond to requests from hangar customers. Provide general team support for other activities required by the department. Mandatory requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration; Availability to work on-site in Taubaté (BAvEx – Army Aviation Battalion) for a minimum of 2 years; Internal candidates: please adhere to the "Golden Rule" policy.
