Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Line Side (QLS) - M/F to join our machine tools production plant based in Saint-Éloi. You will play a key role in ensuring quality excellence across the site and enforcing strict compliance standards. Serving as a close expert for operational teams, you will actively contribute to sector improvements within a dynamic industrial setting. Shift work schedule: day/night (2x8). Your challenges: Inspect non-conformance areas, write, decide, and manage NC follow-ups using SAP PGI, PEA, and PAC. Draft concessions (DQ1) and QSOI, set up MES/Andon, and execute parasitic CPB inspections. Serve as the area quality focal point (CNQ, customer returns) and run operational surveillance on people and processes. Alert, participate in, and coordinate MFTs (Means Qualification, Change, CP, PPV, PPS1-2) and ROPs. Coach operational teams on quality mindset and interface directly with Design Office and suppliers. Your boarding pass: Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, and machine tool manufacturing processes. Strong expertise in root cause analysis (5M, 8D, PPS) and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, manufacturing engineering standards, and specs. Physical fitness for working at heights and in confined spaces. Position open at grading 8 (non-manager) under the metallurgy collective bargaining agreement. Not a 100% match? No worries!
