The Opportunity This position works out of our Westfield, IN site, supporting our Structural Heart Business. Main Purpose of Role The Coordinator Warehouse is responsible for managing inventory and controlling the workflow of team efforts within the Warehouse, Kitting, Shipping & Receiving Departments. Oversee GMP and execute inventory control policies ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strives to achieve continuous improvement in productivity and labor costs by setting expectations, providing feedback, establishing improved processes and driving change. Manages projects and offers innovative & practical solutions to improve day-to-day operations. What You'll Work On: Provides leadership and partners with key stake holders across the entity to drive process improvement and meet business objectives Develops a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, cross functional/cross divisional collaboration and goal planning and execution Track parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods utilizing the ERP system and ensure material transactions are performed in the ERP system accurately and on time, to achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy between ERP system and audited physical inventory Oversee inventory cycle counting and identify and correct root causes of inventory errors Oversees kitting of raw materials, components, & sub-assemblies to satisfy Production Scheduling Requirements Maintains a safe and professional work environment Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments Train, Counsel, and coach employees as required Provide timely and constructive feedback on employee performance Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with subordinates, peers, management and all other department personnel Learn and apply 5S & Lean Principals Monitor KPI’s and Reporting Metrics such as, Inventory Accuracy, Absenteeism & OT Tracking Assists in conducting weekly staff and safety meetings Performs other duties and tasks as needed upon request. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting. SAP Experience Preferred The ability to analyze metrics via Excel and Warehouse Management Systems Ability to lead and motivate in a positive and professional manner Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in the English language. Basic Math Skills such as foundational math concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; these skills are essential for tasks involving calculations, transactions and measurements.
