Your Role: Own the Challenge In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and execution of learning and development strategies aimed at strengthening the capabilities, performance, and career growth of salaried employees. You will identify competency gaps, translate business needs into development solutions, and drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. Each day, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Managers, Functional Leaders, employees, and external learning partners to ensure development initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver meaningful impact. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Apodaca, Nuevo León. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the training needs assessment and competency development processes for salaried employees, identifying skill gaps and translating business priorities into the Annual Training Plan, development strategies, and learning programs. Designing, implementing, and monitoring learning and development initiatives through different learning approaches, while measuring effectiveness and impact through relevant KPIs and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the employee learning experience. Partnering with leaders and key stakeholders to support employee development, strengthen internal capabilities, and promote a culture of continuous learning through development programs, learning initiatives, and strategic partnerships with internal and external providers. Coordinating the development and maintenance of job profiles and job manuals, ensuring clear definition of required knowledge and competencies, supporting knowledge retention and effective onboarding, and maintaining training documentation and evidence in alignment with applicable organizational and management system requirements. Qualifications for the role You have 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field, preferably within a multinational, manufacturing, or complex organizational environment. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You are at ease communicating fluently in English. You have demonstrated experience in training needs assessment, competency development, training planning, learning program design, project management, and evaluation of training effectiveness. You have experience supporting internal and external audits and ensuring training documentation, records, and processes comply with applicable management system standards, such as ISO 9, 14, 45, or other relevant standards. You have strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build effective internal networks and influence employees and leaders across different functions and organizational levels. You are creative and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
