General description: The Clinical Trials Warehouse Operator - Picker and Dispatch will ensure all orders; Warehousing, distribution, are processed in a timely manner and undertaken in accordance with client expectations, PCI processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Warehousing Practice (GWP). Primary responsibilities: Conduct day to day dispatches to clinical trial sites, including accurately picking and packing of products in accordance with applicable PCI/Client requirements. Inspection of product for correct labelling, lot numbers, and expiration dates. Use of RF scanners and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to pick and process orders and to record all inventory movements. Labelling packages correctly with Shipping information and necessary documentation. Laise with the customer service team to rectify any errors with pick list. Working collaboratively with the Warehouse Operating team and Quality in the safe, efficient and compliant management of all PCI products. Assist with inventory cycle counts as required. Performing weekly cleaning tasks as per site procedures. Documenting and logging activities when required to do so to ensure product safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Working in controlled temperature environments (15°C-25°C, 2°C-8°C, -20°C) Ensure all your MasterControl activities and training is up to date and that you understand what applies to you and is required of you in your role. Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or quality issues to supervisors immediately. Comply with the Company’s behavioural and Health and Safety standards. Any other tasks as assigned by the warehouse Supervisor/Clinical Distribution Manager Qualifications & experience: 2 years prior warehousing and distribution experience in Pharmaceuticals (preferred). Excellent Time Management and Organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Safety focused and driven. Familiar with GMP and GWP requirements for warehousing and distribution. IT literate with good working knowledge of ERP, excel, word and internet functionality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Walking and standing for long periods. Use of platform ladders. Ability to operate manual pallet jacks. Ability to operate Walkie Stacker or willing to learn. Working in controlled temperature environments (15°C-25°C, 2°C-8°C, -20°C) Ensure that all clinical trial products are controlled and handled in a compliant and safe manner.
