Warehouse Operative (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)Location: Uniphar Medtech, Dublin Reporting To: Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Manager Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 Months) Hours: Full-Time (9am-5.30pm) Purpose of the Role To support the efficient operation of the warehouse through the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation. Put away stock in designated storage locations. Perform inventory counts and stock control activities as required. Ensure all products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures. Operate warehouse scanning equipment and systems to record stock movements. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations. Assist colleagues and other departments to ensure customer service levels are achieved. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Skills & Experience Essential Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills. Ability to follow procedures and work instructions. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic IT skills. Desirable Previous warehouse experience. Experience using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Manual handling training. Experience working in a regulated environment such as healthcare #unipharmedtech
